Fantastic Response from Macmillan Fundraising

As you may already know Swayne Johnson Solicitors North Wales not only believe in offering the best in legal services & advice to individuals and businesses, we also strongly believe in helping our local communities.

Swayne Johnson Solicitors think it is vital that companies give back to local organisations and charities to work together to support our communities and help them grow. That is why we sponsor and offer legal advice to a number of local organisations, charities and sports teams.

One of the organisations we have repeatedly worked to raise money and visibility for is Macmillan Cancer Support charity.

Our Ruthin and Llandudno offices held a fundraising day for Macmillan by hosting a cake and coffee morning. All the proceedings went to Macmillan and we managed to raise £567.29!

This is not the first time we have chosen to fundraise for Macmillan because we believe it is such an important charity for people all over the UK. People of all ages are being affected by cancer every day and need support at different stages of their treatment. We feel that Macmillan do such a fantastic job at offering this support to those affected by cancer, their family and friends. That is why we are proud to support this charity.

We were recently very touched to receive a heart-warming thank you from the volunteers at Macmillan Cancer support for our fundraising effort at the coffee morning event.

“Thank you so much for having a coffee morning for Macmillan, and for sending in the wonderful £567.29 you all raised together.

I can promise you it will help to give someone the practical and emotional support they need as they face cancer.
