Swayne Johnson Solicitors are Included in the Legal 500!
Posted on 31 Oct 2017
We are delighted to report that our company has been recommended by the Legal 500, 2017, the UK’s definitive international legal directory. Furthermore, our managing director, Sarah Noton, and director, Lynette Viney-Passig, have also been personally recommended by the Legal 500 in matters of Court of Protection, Estates, and Succession planning respectively.
The Legal 500 analyses the practises and standards of over 1000 nominated law firms per year, as well as 220 sets of barristers’ chambers and Scottish stables, and details 500 solicitors firms across the UK which stand apart from the crowd.
We are extremely proud of this achievement, as the Legal 500 is a book which is considered above other surveys of law firms and chambers. This is because of the quality of the investigation that goes into supporting an inclusion- the Legal 500 is researched by a team of experienced and award winning writers with years of experience of the legal sector.
Addition to the guide is based on very many factors including past clients, staff capabilities and capacities, practise track records, company provisions for the future, and the complexities of past transactions, to name a few.
All of this and so much more is examined by the Legal 500 as they research companies and practises, and we are very pleased to be recommended in the Legal 500 – the largest and most in-depth survey of varying solicitors and law firms in the whole of the UK.
The Legal 500 wrote:
“ With numerous offices in north Wales, including Denbigh and St Asaph, Swayne Johnson & Wight is a ‘leading private client firm in the region’ and provides a ‘helpful and efficient service’ to clients. Its expertise covers a range of issues, including high-net-worth estate planning, estate administration and Court of Protection matters.”
The Legal 500 went on to detail managing director, Sarah Noton‘s contributions to the company. “‘ Knowledgeable’ and ‘very supportive’ managing director Sarah Noton has ‘excellent client management skills’ and provides a ‘very empathetic service’ to clients in Court of Protection matters.”
The Legal 500 then closed with reference to our director, Lynette Viney-Passig. “ The ‘supportive and professional’ Lynette Viney-Passig heads the firm’s private client department and provides ‘prompt and very clear advice’, with a particular focus on estate and succession planning for business and farming clients.”
We are truly thrilled that we made it to the Legal 500. While we have always placed great importance in excellent client experiences, inclusion in such a definitive publication can only be described as national recognition for Swayne Johnson Solicitors, and we are pleased to be recommended by such an illustrious publication.
