Following the successes of our previous seminars throughout March, we are delighted to inform you that we are hosting another free seminar, involving the most effective ways to plan your estate. The purpose of this seminar is to educate and inform all that attend of varying methods of dealing with estates quickly and efficiently while making the very most of all available tax exemptions and reliefs available to you.

The seminar will is presented by Anna Whittingham and Jennifer Howell. Jennifer is a member of our Wills Trusts and Estates Department, and is based within our offices in Tattenhall.

Jennifer specializes in all aspects of Private Client matters including wills, inheritance tax, lasting Powers of Attorney, estate administration, trusts, care home fees, as well as asset protection and Court of Protection matters. Jennifer Howell is also an Associate member of Solicitors for the Elderly.

During this free Planning Your Estate seminar, our experts will guide you through all manner of topics relating to planning your estate, including practical advice on how to create Wills which are clear, brief all who attend on the Inheritance Tax Update- and answer any questions which might be raised about said update, introduce the concept of Lasting Powers of Attorney, and of course provide many ideas of ways to protect your home from potential care fees.

This seminar starts on Tuesday the 25th of April 2017 at the Barbour Institute in Tattenhall, CH3 9PX. Registration will begin at 10 am, with the presentation taking place between 10:30am and 12 noon. A Light lunch and refreshments will be provided.
